This is apparently my first contest and I myself, have been to many contests already. And by that, I have observe on how they held the contests, and I could see hard feelings because deviants were technically eliminated from the contest and such.
As this would be my first contest, I am going to make this as simple as possible.
The "Theme" for the contest is April Showers bring May Flowers. Which means that this is all about of what will happen in May!
